Dernières neiges

The sky is grey in mid april;

Disappointment shows on faces.

I may present the only smile

  To see the sun losing his place .

  For in my mind I see the snows

Falling again on mountain slopes

Late in the spring in whites aglow

Blinding the eyes, fueling my hopes.

Cause I went there three years ago

To spend my days on the ski runs

And breathe fresh air under zero

That clean my lungs of pollution...

Away we go to the Mount White

Knowing it may be soon too late

With all my heart I wish the cold 

To wait for me: two weeks to hold...
